JCA Quality Student Rentals is a family business owned and operated by Macomb native Bobbi Morrison since 1989. Specializing in college student rentals, JCA leases conveniently by the school year and offers discounted summer housing for students who may be in Macomb through the summer.

 

As a mom who has sent three daughters off to college, Bobbi is committed to creating a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for college students. Quality is JCA's top priority, and Bobbi personally ensures that each of her properties meets the highest standard in cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort.

 

JCA maintains 15 properties on and near WIU campus, ranging from 1 to 6 bedrooms. All lawn maintenance is taken care of by JCA.
